Office visits are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment for a repair, or to pick up a purchase, please call (601) 336-0026.

 

    • Computer Diagnostics:
    1. Basic Diagnostics is Free
    2. Extended Diagnostics – if it takes longer than 30 minutes to find the issue of the machine there will be a $25 Fee (fee will be credited in final bill if repairs are made).

     

    • Computer Checkup:
      1. Bring your computer in for a routine checkup to extend your systems life. Drop off or we will come to you and do a routine check-up on your machine. This includes removing dust and debris from within the system, cleaning the exterior, power supply and adapter tests, hard drive and memory tests, and cooling fan checks. This can help extend the lifespan of your machine.

     

    • Virus and Spyware Removal:
      1. Has your computer slowed way down? Are you seeing unwanted ads and pop-up windows? Your device may be infected with viruses or spyware. We can have it back to a clean running state in very little time.

     

    • Laptop Screen Replacement
      1. Chromebook Screen Replacement
      2. Laptop Screen Replacement
                                        Requires $50 deposit to order screen which will be used toward your final bill

     

    • Operating system Reload/Update
    1. PC: Windows 11 (if machine meets the requirements for upgrade). Windows 10 upgrade from older windows 7, Windows 8 Machines.
    2. Mac: Update to the newest MacOS that is allowed on the machine.
    • Data Backup/Transfer if needed with update

                                                                                          

    • Hard Drive Data Wipe/ Destruction
      1. We will destroy the data on any hard drive so no one can peek into the data once stored on the drive. We understand how important personal and business information is and don’t want someone else to have access to your information.  Bring us your old drive and we will perform a department of defense data wipe on the unit.

      • On-Site Device Setup for PC or Laptop
        1. PC or Laptop Set-up: We'll connect and configure 1 computer system on its initial startup, including hardware and software installation, Internet access, app preferences, updates and wire management.

       

       

       

      * There is an $55/hour (min 1 hour) charge on all personal jobs that require a home visit. All drop offs will be made at 4010 O'Ferral Street Unit #220 (Across From Home Depot), Hattiesburg, MS 39402. There is a 25-mile radius travel cap from this location.

       

      *Driving Fee: $0.75 per mile

      *Sales Tax will be added additional to all fees.
