Refund Policy

Returns 

Our policy time depends on the item that is purchased. Below are lists of merchandise sold by Reke's Sales, and the various policies that we provide. If your return policy time is exceeded, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Additional non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Downloadable software products 
- Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 
- Small visible wear and tear on gently used items.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned outside of covered warranty.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged the Shipment must be refused if you notice any visible damage or tampering on the box. Should the shipment be accepted, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise. Concealed damage on a shipment must be reported within 7 days. If you do not notify us of damaged goods within the first 7 days of arrival, the regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and your purchase(s) will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions.

 

Computer & Tablets 

All refurbished/used computer come with a 90-day return for hardware issues. We will repair the item free of charge or refund the item, you would only be responsible for shipping costs if applicable. Hardware damage (failed hdd/ssd etc) is eligible for return. Personal hardware damage (dropped computer etc.) or software damage such as viruses are not accepted for returns. Please click here, or visit the return an item section in the footer of our site, to initiate a return.

​All merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 5 days, effective at delivery. Please note: a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. No cash back or exchanges will be allowed after 5 days.

We reserve the right to have all merchandise being returned, checked by our technicians, within 7 days, before a refund will be issued. If customers re-configures the operating system, the customer voids the right to a refund. Re-configuring the system and all other software issues are not covered by warranty. Warranty is voided if the machine is found to have a virus, water damage or physical damage. We do not warranty batteries or chargers. There will be no extended warranties due to the holidays. Policies are subject to change without notice.

​We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

We will always accept equipment or components free of charge if misrepresented to the customer, damage in shipping, or non-functionality.

 

Motherboards /  PSU

All Motherboards / Power Supplies come with a 30-day return. Unopened or Defective merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 5 days, effective at delivery. Please note: a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Product must be clean, and in the same condition that it was purchased. We reserve the right to have all merchandise being returned, checked by our technicians, within 7 days, before a refund will be issued. Warranty is voided if the product is found to have water damage, or any physical damage. Policies are subject to change without notice.

 

Processors

All used processors come with a 30-day return. Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. We reserve the right to have all merchandise being returned, checked by our technicians, within 7 days, before a refund will be issued. If it is found that there is any kind of neglect caused by the consumer, no refund will be issued.

Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% of the purchase price and return shipping fees. Reke’s Sales may assess the restocking fee against the customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy and any product-specific policy.

 

Headphones and Charging Cables

All headphones and charging cables come with a 14-day return policy from date that shipment was received. Items will be inspected for customer damage (frayed wires, cut wires etc.) to determine if a refund is warranted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you are over the 14-day return period, no refund will be awarded.

 

New Clothing (Apparel)

All new clothing comes with a 30-day return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition. We will issue a full refund or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred. There is a 5-day only timeframe after receiving orders, in which you can ship items back for exchange of another size. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been washed or soiled. We cannot accept any items covered in human or pet hair. We cannot accept any items with distinct odors. Items must still be in new condition with tags in order to receive a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Most orders will be able to be returned in bubble mailers. All returns will be sent to Reke's Sales, P.O. Box 18706, Hattiesburg MS 39404, United States. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if claim is not made in the first 7 days of receiving your order. Please initiate the return before returning any order.

 

Gently Used Clothing (Apparel)

All gently used clothing comes with a 5-day return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition. We will issue a full refund or exchange the item for a different size / color if preferred. Please click here, or visit the start a return section in the footer of our site, to initiate a return.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been washed or soiled. We cannot accept any items covered in human or pet hair. We cannot accept any items with distinct odors. Items must still be in new condition with tags in order to receive a return.

We reserve the right to inspect the return before issuing a return. There may be a 15% refund fee, and additional fees (up to 40%) may be assessed if there is any minimal wear and tear. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return is visible worn past the point of gently used.

 

New Handbag 

All new handbags come with a 30-day return policy from date that shipment was received. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached. Once received we reserve the right to inspect all returns before a refund is issued.

Handbags may be returned for a full refund to your original method of payment if eligible. ​Once approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, by us within 3 business days after inspection. It may take longer than this for your credit card company to process refunds once they are submitted by us. We do not control the time it takes for them to process the return.

Gently Used Handbags

All gently used handbags may be returned 5 days after order is received. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, we will accept the return. We reserve the right to inspect the return before issuing a return. There may be a 15% refund fee, and additional fees (up to 40%) may be assessed if there is any minimal wear and tear. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if the return is visible worn past the point of gently used.

  

Clearance items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, Clearance items are not eligible for refunds. 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 



Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rekessales.com and send your item to: Reke's Sales, P.O. Box 18706, Hattiesburg MS 39404, United States. 


Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: RCNZ Tech, P.O. Box 18706, Hattiesburg MS 39404, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please initiate the return before returning any order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
